A free 30-minute call to understand the outcome you need. Within days you get a written scope, architecture outline and a fixed price or retainer proposal. No commitment until you say yes.
What does it cost?
Every build is scoped to the project. Fixed-scope builds carry a defined price; retainers and fractional-CTO work run monthly. You'll know the number before any work begins.
Can you work with my existing team and codebase?
Yes — most engagements do. Architecture audits, legacy modernisation and joining an existing team are standard; I document decisions so your engineers can carry them forward.
What if I only need advice?
Architecture consultation and a second opinion before a big decision are offered on their own. A single session often saves months.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, entirely. Client-owned code, repositories and infrastructure; NDA on request.
